House Mon Amie

Oh, that was a wonderful experience! During all my stay I was treated as a member of the family, everyone was so kind, warm, helpful and respectful that it was a pleasure to be around. The apartment is fully equipped with all what is necessary, hot shower, comfy beds, kitchen gear etc. Mountains view from the windows. It's just a 10 minute walk to the centre. I asked for the breakfast service and expected to get some basic goods but every morning I was served a royal breakfast of a huge variety of Georgian food on a beautiful porcelain. The hostess even prepared for me a svan dish: tashmijabi, I was speechless as she did such a big effort to please me with homemade food at very early morning hours. I definitely look forward to coming back. Thank you, Mon Amie Family, I already miss you so much ❤️❤️❤️

I had the pleasure of staying at Guesthouse “Mon Amie” in Mestia for 5 nights, and I must say it was a good experience. Here are the highlights: 1. Lovely Family: The hosts were warm, welcoming, and treated me well. Their hospitality made my stay memorable. 2. Kitchen Access: Having access to the kitchen was a huge plus. I could cook my own meals, which is essential for longer stays. 3. Convenient Location: The guesthouse is conveniently located, just a 10-15 minute walk from the city center. This proximity allowed me to explore Mestia easily. 4. Calm Atmosphere: The location of the guesthouse is peaceful and quiet. 5. Terrace and Amenities: The small terrace on the 1st floor provided a cozy spot to relax. Additionally, having a tea kitchen with a water kettle and microwave was amazing—perfect for making quick snacks or hot drinks. 6. Washing Machine: As someone who enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, having access to a washing machine was a game-changer. It made my travel experience much more convenient. Overall, I would definitely come back to Guesthouse “Mon Amie.” The combination of friendly hosts, practical amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere made my stay enjoyable

While sound isolation is standard (as in most Georgian guesthouses), I appreciated that there were no large noisy groups. Travelers who come to Mestia tend to be respectful during the night.

Everything was nice and clean with all necessities.

The location is convenient, not far from the center. A nice big balcony, plenty of space for drying stuff + sunny and well lit rooms. Microwave oven. Wi-fi is stable and strong enough for video calls and moderate downloads. Great value for the price overall. Bingo and the puppies! !! Free laundry available !!

A few little things like leaking shower or problems flushing water etc. Additionally, it would be cool to have a table in the room.

Very nice views, rooms were small but nice and comfortable.

Everything was clean, the owners were very welcoming and friendly. I also liked the mountain view from my window. They offer rooms with en-suite bathroom
