Babale's guesthouse in Mestia

The bedroom with windows directly on the outside of the building is spacious and light. The other rooms have windows with indirect sunlight. The bed is very comfortable.

The ‘private’ bathroom was not en-suite but connected to the shared balcony at the end of the hallway, where the refrigerator is (we don’t know if there is a shared kitchen actually). If you have bad luck with other guests - as we had - then it’s very noisy. They kept us awake during two nights, nobody who kindly informed them that there were more guests… Furthermore there is a dog that is barking a lot, especially during the night. So unfortunately we had not a very pleasant rest. Due to language barrier we didn’t had so much contact with the owners, that was a bit of a shame. Because the ladies seemed very friendly!

This was such a finding! Beautiful and spacious house with calm and delightful surroundings. From every corner, you can appreciate the sights of mountain and little forest. The sofas and beds are so comfortable! But I spent most of my time on the fresh terrace, listening to the birds and other animals and with view of some of the towers. Location is simply perfect as it is just a bit further from the centre, so it takes a few minutes walking to reach it, but you can enjoy a more simple and calm stay. The owners also run a shop that is in front of the guesthouse, which is very complete an convenient. Irina and her sister are very warm and hard workers. I definitely would stay again here!

The host was pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Breakfasts were delicious, absolutely best breakfast what we had in Georgia. It's worth pay extra for it. The dog in the coutyard is big but friendly. We felt here like at home. Thank you.

So comfortable room with so warm and soft blankets. Friendly housewife, internet, hospitality, good location. Highly recommend!
