The host is extremely kind, and everything is just a few minutes from the accommodation, including a shop and a bus stop. Perfect private parking. In the room you’ll find everything you need, even a bottle opener. 😉

Wonderful and attentive host and a very clean apartment, just as described. Venice was an easy short bus ride away, bus stop very close to the building. Thank you for the free coffee!

Sara is SO lovely and friendly! She waited for us (we arrived at night) and showed us everything. She also gave us information about the buses to Venice and the best way to find good local food for good prices. She also made sure that we had water and clean towels and bed sheets. The place is immaculate. Beautifully arranged and decorated, spotless and very well located. There are places to eat and shopping in the area. Buses to Venice and the airport are 3 minutes walking and the train station is 15 to 20 minutes. The room we stayed had air conditioning, comfy bed, spacious toilet and shower, two windows with great natural light and a tiny fridge that we could store some food and drinks for the next day. There's a nice communal space with coffee machine, a microwave with access to a balcony.

❌ Avoid this hotel - Illegal Overcharging & Unprofessional Management Do not stay here. They are using broken facilities to blame guests: 1. City Tax Scam: They illegally charged €24.00 for city tax when the official Italian regulation and invoice clearly stated €12.60. 2. Faulty Door Lock: The door lock is completely broken. When the key inevitably snapped due to structural metal fatigue, the staff insulted and forced me to pay for the replacement. Note: For video proof of the broken door lock, please check review on Google Maps. Unprofessional attitude and illegal fees. Choose another hotel for a peaceful holiday.
