Cosy place with great location few mins walk from the center. Communication with the owner was smooth and easy. Recommend this place.

The location was fine

How should I start? Let's start with how the stay ended - being woken up at 0715 in the morning by an alarm (like a fire alarm going off). Looking to see what/where it was. Finding it was in the partition wall - no way to switch it off or to no know what it was - fire / carbon monoxide or some other alarm. The owner when contactéd on WhatsApp also did not know. That was the grand finale. Beforehand note the decor / finish is the work of a (very bad) DIYer with wiring which at least looks pretty dangerous. You'll also stay awake all night because of the noisy fridge (full size) next to the bed By the way the response from the owner on the alarm - " luckily the noise started in the morning and you managed to stay with all our comforts during the day by letting you come in a little earlier" (they let us in at 2.56 when check in is from 3pm) Be aware of the attitude and finish - avoid

The location was excellent - walking distance to everything I wanted to see in Modena and easily accessed from the train station by bus (which was helpful due to having a large suitcase). The facilities were very clean and had everything I needed for a 2 night stay. Staff were also very helpful, even providing some great recommendations for restaurants nearby.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator - but I knew this before booking so wouldn’t affect my decision to stay here again.

Very cozy and loved the colors of interior! There were everything to prepare food, coffe and tea.

All was very likeable.
