TV did not work properly. No lift.
GBGBGood value hotel, which included breakfast, cooked to order. Room was a good size and comfortable. Although slightly dated it was perfectly fine for my needs. Location is good, right on the promenade with the electric railway about 10 minutes walk and the city centre about 20 minutes. It is a quiet location right on the sea front. The breakfast was quite good.
It was a self check in take your key from a basket. I never actually saw any staff until breakfast the following morning. The name is very confused. Is it the Inglewood Hotel. Or Opul Express (whatever that means)? I stayed here before many years ago and it was the Inglewood Hotel then so I am not sure why the name has changed as Opul Express seems pretty meaningless. There is no lift so a lot of stairs if your room is on the top floor, as mine was.

Das Hotel ist auf gar keinen Fall ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel! Das Gebรคude sieht von auรen recht ordentlich aus. Innen jedoch brรคuchte es unbedingt eine generelle Sanierung. Wie man auf meinen Fotos sehen kann, lรถst sich im Treppenhaus und auf den Fluren die Tapete, dahinter ist es verschimmelt und feucht. Der Frรผhstรผcksraum hat keine Fenster und kein Tageslicht, das Frรผhstรผck war ausreichend aber nichts Besonderes. Es gibt keine hoteleigenen Parkplรคtze. Nur mit Glรผck findet man an der Straรe einen. Der Preis von 150 Pfund (ca. 176 Euro) pro Nacht ist viel zu hoch fรผr das, was hier geboten wird. Ich kann das Hotel daher leider nicht empfehlen!
