Das Personal war/ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt und hatte auch bei Fragen ein offenes Ohr und auch Hilfe, wenn ich sie benötigte. Die Räume sind sauber, ruhig und die Badewanne war mir nach meinen langen Touren äußerst willkommen und angenehm.

"Convenient stay for an evening arrival"

The room was good for the night I stayed, close to train station, comfy and quiet. Check in was easy and staff was very helpful. A few late night food choices nearby.

4月下旬で朝晩は冷え込みましたが、館内は暖かく快適に過ごせました。設備も清潔で安心感があります。早朝チェックアウトにも柔軟に対応していただき、さらにチェックアウト後も大きな荷物を預かってもらえたのが非常に助かりました。スタッフの対応も丁寧で、全体として気持ちよく滞在できました。

特に大きな不満はありませんが、強いて言えば共用バスルームの床がやや滑りやすいので注意が必要です。
