Nothing really. Just for information we couldn't get sound to work on the TV but that was unimportant because we weren't there to watch TV

This is a great place to use as home base for touring Waiheke Island. The location is great, we easily walked into the restaurant shop area and visited a couple of wineries on foot. The room was quiet making it easy to sleep on the comfortable bed. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything we needed was there. Our host,Heidi, was welcoming and made sure our island visit was as great as possible with her tips and advice about seeing what Waiheke has to offer.

Excellent location - about 6 minutes walk into Oneroa. Can't be beaten! Very kind, friendly hosts, well equipped room, very sunny and clean.

The wall/foldaway bed broke on night two (literally collapsed) causing us to have to sleep on the mattress, on the floor. The hosts, while they responded quickly and were very kind, then spent an hour trying to flaff with it... which made no difference in the end to our situation, and was unappreciated by us as we were getting up very early for a hike.. I feel that they could have read the room a bit better. I would have also appreciated some sort of compensation offered, but none so far. I understand this isn't really the hosts fault - they said the bed was 10 years old, and this isn't a reflection of their hosting, it was just a very unsettled evening, not enough sleep, leading into difficult day afterward.
