Wonderful location - handy to transport and shops and beach.

The bed to small.

Nice clean accommodation all the facilities good, only 5 minute walk to Oneroa vilage

Location is excellent and very near to town. Quite private despite being part of the house.

I'm sure we are paying some sort of Waiheke tax but this place was not very good value for money. Basically a room in someone's house. Facilities were rather haphazard and did not have shampoo in the bathroom despite the prices we were paying. The bed is a smaller double bed that is one of those pull down ones. Owner mentioned that we were allowed to park on the driveway but did not move her car from the middle of the driveway for the whole stay meaning we had to try and find a park on the cramped street. Overall just average but serviceable.

Good location and close to all the shops and restaurants. Heidi is friendly and welcoming.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable (a murphy bed, not a real bed), there was no air-conditioning (unbearable in peak summer), the bathroom needed a good clean - mould in the shower. In addition to that, one morning our hot water was cut off without warning. The furnishings in the room are worn and old - could do with updating/replacing.
