Room located in a family hous with a Very good location in the old city. Very sympathetic family, helpful. Totally good for the price.

It only misses a bit more Space and a cosy couch in the courtyard to make it perfect.

1. Really kind, helpful, and hospitable hosts. (Helped me find a sharing taxi from Khiva to Bukhara. Packed breakfast for me at 4:30 in the morning when i was going to catch a train. Lovely English-speaking grand kid who can show you around town.) 2. Fantastic, peaceful location - everything is walking distance. Little markets and restaurants all around. 3. Lovely breakfast, and welcome tea/coffee as you check-in. 4. AC, and wifi work fine. 5. Soap, towel, sandal provided. 6. Clean, well-maintained room.

1. Bright white light streams into the ground floor rooms (they have 2 rooms on the ground floor and 2 on the first) in the night because doors and window are frosted glass. Makes it hard to get a peaceful sleep. I had to wrap my head in t-shirt to sleep. (Hopefully, owners will remove white light and add a low voltage yellow bulb that is not hanging from above but fixed at a floor level.) A temporary arrangement would be to add to dark curtains. 2. Shower and sink could feel cramped and waterflow thin, but not a big deal.

Good and reasonable location.

Twin room very exposed to sunlight. No curtains. Super noisy aircon. Not a fan of multiple breads for breakfast. Would be nice to have access to fridge in super hot temp.

We felt like part of the family. Great place to stay with super friendly family

Just perfect

Excellent breakfast and the lady was very kind. A host speaks English and waits for you at 3 pm with a take-away breakfast if you catch a night train to Khiva.

No AC - it's on the wall but without a pilot. It was important, because in Khiva was 37 degrees during a day and 27 at night. Also no windows - just very small one. They confused me with another tourist with the same name who was only staying for one night. I was staying for three nights which I clearly said at check-in, even in Uzbek language. The next day I returned after sightseeing and my things were in the other room and they told me that they don't offer single rooms which I booked and now I will stay with another girl. Absolutely shock! After stormy call with a host they let me stay alone in the new room. Next day they told me that they make a mistake with booking and they're are sorry. Two different versions. You have to pay Booking commission (normally paid by hosts) as so-called tourist tax.

Staying here felt like being at home. The family was super kind, I arrived a bit later than expected, but the check in process went smoothly, and they put me in a better room compared to the one that I booked at first! Amazing breakfast - everyone should try the Uzbek omelettes, I felt in love with them. Also the location is great to visit the city center of Bukhara, so close that you can move around just by walking, no need to take a taxi :)

Very nice owners, with a little boy which speak perfect English! Good breakfast and helpful approach of the owners. Great location.

Clean Room, Friendly owner, Good attitude, very close to prime location of Bukhara , We checked out at 3 am and they had packed our breakfast.
