Excellent value for money

Some residents arguing loudly upstairs on first night for a while but that’s not the fault of the guesthouse

We were the only people staying in the property which was freezing,the heating was set for 2 hours twice a day with no over ride and no other source of heating,we needed to shower and go out but I needed to put more clothes on not take them off!!!! The room was very basic with cold laminated floors and no rugs etc and the mattress was a 1 out of 10 for quality and depth. We knew instantly we couldn’t stay here for 2 nights. I would honestly say in my opinion this is a contractor facility and advertised on booking.com as very rarely available due to holiday period when contractors are not there.

The whole place,and the management took my mo ey and then checked me out after 1 hours stay he also had another 4 men turn up and 1 of them throw my bag down the stairs with my food shop half of it went in the bin he also was swearing and usi g treating behaviour towards me and my family very rude,aggressive and very unprofessional
