O quarto era muito confortável, tinha aquecedor (que o proprietário gentilmente ligou de forma remota, uma vez que eu não estava a conseguir), tinha limpeza diária, troca de toalhas diária e produtos de higiene da Rituals. A cama era muito confortável e o quarto muito acolhedor. O proprietário esteve sempre disponível para responder por mensagem a todas as minhas questões, em pouco tempo. Em frente ao alojamento tem uma paragem de autocarro, onde se podem apanhar os autocarros para o centro e para alguns monumentos. Gostei muito da tranquilidade da zona e do fácil acesso a tudo. Recomendo!

Como é um edifício antigo, o isolamento acústico não é o melhor. Se os hóspedes dos outros quartos fizerem muito barulho ou falarem muito alto, ouve-se. Mas não é um problema grave

The location is good - there is a huge parking nearby. But you should be careful: each 2-nd Sunday they have a market on that place so you have to move your car that day. Also there are a lot of restaurants nearby so you'll not have any problems with where to eat. I don't recommend using car (at least if you're alone) to go to the sightseeing - the parking slots are very limited and the roads are very tricky with 1-side directions in some parts (because they are simply too narrow) so it's possible to waste 20..30 mins to go back by 2-nd circle. There are tourist buses (434, 435) and for 13.5€/day you can use them as many times as you need. Of course if you travel in 3..4 persons - maybe it's better to consider other options - Uber, for example. Because from my experience it's is nearly impossible to visit more than 2 castles per day. Maybe you can have a time for 3. If you have a great stamina and start at 9 AM :) I can say to see all (at least all main) POIs - you need to spend at least 3..4 days in Sintra. The room was OK. They clean every day so I see no issues with services or cleanness, The instructions to enter were clear (where to find the keys etc) and I was able to check-in even in the night time without any issues.
