I would prefer if the staff could speak english. Sintra is in Portugal and I, as a portuguese, should have to express myself in english in my own country.

Location was good

No staff. All automated. No calls could be made either

Juste en face de la gare, chambre au rez-de-chaussée donc pratique pour les valises. Chambre propre, équipée avec rangements, tables de nuit, fauteuil, une bouilloire et du thé. Une jolie vue sur la nature. Lit très confortable !

Il faut penser à aérer la chambre pour éviter une odeur d'humidité.

Location was excellent, and the room and bathroom were very nice. The train station and bus stops just across the street. Lovely views out the back window.

If the rooms do not have air conditioning, a small $20 electric fan would help the room feel much cooler when the weather is warm. Having decaf coffee as an option, creamer packets, sugar substitute, and bottled water are standard in most hotels. The front of the building does not match the quality of the interior. My first impression was concern when I arrived at the address. I would rank the exterior a 4. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the room inside. I would give it an 8 or 9. It would not take much money to freshen up the front of the hotel. With these changes, I would have scored all questions with the top marks. I hope to return soon to see some updates. Everything was just perfect! Beautiful room, with beautiful view! The young lady who welcomed me was very nice and very kind and helpful! What is better than a nice wide smile to welcome you? Thank you my dear! As for the location, it's the best to visit Sintra. I will definitely come back!
