There was no soap in the bathroom, even after we asked for it more than once. And maybe you could offer a free water fountain for drinking water.

Great location! Trully outstanding. Staff very friendly. 24 hours availability. Convenient shop just around corner. Maybe guest don't have control over air conditioning, but it give propper temperature in my opinion, even though I had upper bed.

If you choose to live in dorm have in mind that your roommates will be girls in their 20's who came to Malta to party and drink. So don't be suprise with 3 am loud and drunk entrance and following loud conversation, which surely make your sleep go away. Hostel should consider to not refund the deposit for disturbing other guests in such a way. Typical hostel bathroom with clogged shower. Sheets a little bit smelly 😐

They upgraded us to a twin room because of their error in the reservation. We could leave our luggage for free

We had to change room and being woken up by the staff at 10 pm that told us that we had to leave our room by 11 am the next day. The intern receptionist didn’t inform us about ANY important information like the where’s our room (we had to look for our room floor by floor), didn’t tell us where’s the kitchen, NOTHING.
