J’ai réservé un lit dans une chambre pour 4 femmes pour la période du 25/07 au 1/08 (283,50 € payés par carte à l’arrivée). On m’annonce tard dans la nuit que ma chambre n’est pas prête et on m’installe provisoirement dans une chambre pour 2 personnes. Le lendemain matin, on me réveille très tôt pour me demander de faire le check-out et d’attendre encore que ma chambre soit prête. Impossible de me reposer, et on m’a obligé à laisser mes affaires à la réception. Après 1h30 de discussion, on accepte enfin de me laisser déposer mes affaires, mais on m’attribue finalement un lit dans une chambre de 8 personnes, avec des clientes qui avaient payé la moitié du prix que j’ai payé. Quand j’ai demandé un remboursement, on m’a répondu de voir directement avec Booking, mais je n’ai jamais été remboursée. Arnaque totale ! En plus, un réceptionniste (grand, avec une calvitie) a été particulièrement impoli. Pendant toute la semaine, les draps n’ont jamais été changés, ni les serviettes.

Tuve pésima compañera de cuarto pero el hostel no puede hacer nada con eso ,quizás mejores almohadas .

Location was great, close to the beach, bus stops, shops and restaurants. Room was clean. Clean bedsheets and towels. As solo traveler I felt super safe. Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Room and bathroom was spacious.

No breakfast option.

A hostel can’t control who they put in a room, put they can control how many. I booked a four bed female dorm and they just put one extra person, I ended up with 3 more party girls that smoked and partied all night, got back to the room at 5am - loud, smelly, turning all the lights on, zero respect even after I spoke up. NOT OK.

The only thing that we liked about the property was the location. Close to plenty of bus stops, grocery stores and the beach.

We booked the private twin room, we didn’t stay in the dorms. First of all, the bed frames were the cheapest that you could possibly think of. Every time we moved in the bed, we felt as if the bed itself was on the verge of collapse. The sink in the bathroom was clogged nearly all the time. The room lacks any sort of hangers for your beach wear, which is very ridiculous giving the fact that the beach is just meters away from the hostel! There is no remote for the air conditioning, you have to go down to the reception every time you want to switch it on or off. The bed linen was dirty and full of stains! The housekeeping service would come at very inappropriate and random times in the afternoon, when we would have wanted to just use our private room. We left our towels on the bathroom floor signaling that we want a new change of towels. The housekeeping service simply put them back on the hangers. Mind boggling! When we asked for a new change of towels they told us that they provide one only once a week. We actually had to pay a whopping 12€ for a single towel because they refused to provide us with such a basic amenity for free. Mind you, this is about the twin room which has a booking price significantly higher than the dorms beds. The staff seemed bored and disinterested. One guy at the reception forgot to switch off the AC and we had to ask him twice. When confronted he seemed very clueless and offended that we came with such a ridiculous request!
