Good location, the rooms looks very nice, the hotel has a private parking lot, friendly cleaning lady, the room comes equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and water kettle.

We had issues with the hot watter. We had to wait for the mechanic to come and fix the bolier. During the weekend there is no reception but the saff can be reached via phone. If the hotel staff would make sure that the boiler is functional prior the customers arrive would make a huge difference.

air condition devices outside very loud - had to close the window and open the one in the bathroom. No noise with closed window.

The room was clean, comfortable and very large. The A/C and WiFi worked great. My favourite restaurant in Sopron with a lovely garden is just a few steps down. The parking was free and easy, just around the corner. Check in was easy. There was no daily housekeeping, but for me a for a three day trip alone it was perfect and very reasonably priced for a comfortable place to sleep and shower. For breakfast, I just popped out to a café around the corner and enjoyed the Hungarian pastries and coffee. I will definitely book here again and have recommended it already to co-workers.
