The swimming pool was amazing, jacuzzi tub and sauna All rooms clean They have 2 swimming pools one is heated one no Good places for kids to play and is nice they have a lot of bicycles.

They have just only one person for massage but not when you want to do the massage he give you the time when he want . The ladys who clean 😐 they don't clean in a room I went several times to reception to tell them 😕 You don't have shampoo in a bathroom just a soup for all body and hair as well that's not ok And the food just for lunch was amazing what you order separately but the half board included like breakfast and dinner was not amazing at all and you don't have much options to choose 😬 Just everything what you pay extra is good 👍🏽 but what you have included is just basic

It was exactly like advertised. Nice place,nice staff. Overall a good experience .I'm going to go back again.

The staff were so lovely and welcoming! The sauna, jacuzzi and ciubăr were a real treat especially since we had them mainly for ourselves as it wasn't that busy when we stayed. We were offered electric bikes with a child sit to explore Sovata free of charge! This was extremely lovely 😍.

We had to go outside to reach the spa. It was March and cold. Some of the breakfast foods were not fresh. On the booking site it appeared as the pool was open but when we got there we realised it wasn't.
