The location was very quiet and the host Fatimah was very friendly. The shared bathroom was only shared with one other room which was empty some of the nights so it was almost like a private suite. There was a shared eating area with a mini fridge and microwave that was convenient.

The guesthouse and rooms were a bit musty. We kept the bedroom window open the entire stay with the provided bug screen and that seemed to freshen up the room. If you are tall (I'm 185cm) be aware that the shower head is a bit low.

We had opportunity to live in the calm part of Capelas, enjoy the swimming in Poços, trekking to Sete Cidades and found ourselves happy each time to rest in this quiet room with a view on the garden.

We relaxed in a quiet and authentic environment of Azores. The home brings memories of the past and wakes up the curiousity about history of the island and the families that build up the culture.

Maria is a very hospitable and kind person. Coffee and tea available on site. Close to the ocean, a walk of about 15min. Driving out of the property can be a bit of a hassle but you can easily park in the parking spaces on the street.

Stayed two nights. Very welcoming staff that spoke french. You really need a car and it's situated in a very quiet area. Good value for money with very good shower.

Perfect place to stay. Fátima (owner of this house) is so hospitable and helpfull.

Nice and super clean house, room and bathroom, nice garden, friendly and supportive owner. Pleasure to stay there , we reccomend the accomodation.
