Host gentile e disponibile, posizione dell'appartamento piuttosto vicina al centro, in zona trafficata quindi non pericolosa. Aria condizionata (non l'abbiamo usata ma c'è), minifrigo, impianto aspirazione funzionante in bagno, cuscini in ottime condizioni , ingresso dell'appartamento carino, stanza ampia con bella visuale su via Etnea dal mini terrazzino.

Letto scomodo con materasso affossato e sostenuto solo al centro. Materasso più grande della struttura sottostante per cui tende a spostarsi e non si riescono a mettere lenzuola e coperte sotto. Costruzione vecchia, senza ascensore con tante scale e pareti non curate. L'appartamento è al II piano ma sembrava un III piano di un'abitazione moderna, ho trovato piuttosto faticoso salire. La serratura della porta della stanza non è in buone condizioni, non c'è un armadio ma al suo posto un organizer mobile in tessuto, le poltroncine antiche sono usurate e scucite sotto. Il pomello della doccia va sistemato .

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko centrum, knajpki i restauracje, przystanek autobusowy w zasięgu ręki. Pokój elegancko urządzony, klimatyzacja działa, lodówka działa, a to na Sycylii podstawa. W łazience wszystko super, suszarka do włosów również dobra, ręczniki, papier toaletowy, żele i mydła są dostępne. Bardzo sympatyczny i uprzejmy właściciel, jak nie znacie włoskiego z tłumaczem dacie radę. Polecam, byliśmy tydzień i będziemy miło wspinać nasz pobyt w tym miejscu.

The location was great; we arrived quite late but the property owner waited for us at the bus station and showed us to our room. He helped us with all sorts of recommendations ranging from places to eat, what we could order, what we can visit, how we can get around town and to nearby locations. The room itself was very clean and pleasant. The space was plenty and the view from the balcony was incredible. The bathroom was clean, we had hot water and a hair dryer which came in handy. We didn't spend a lot of time inside, but the highlight of this booking was the LOCATION! it's very close to most of the attractions you'd want to visit (we even walked to the 2 beaches from there), and to plenty of good restaurants. The owner is very friendly and we were able to reach him via WhatsApp to ask for further recommendations. Advice for future customers: As you leave the airport, take the ALIBUS and WAIT, do not get off at the Statione Centrale. You can ride the Alibus all the way to the "Vialle" station which is right next to the building. Don't waste your money on taxis & don't stress with other buses, that's the only one you need. Remember to press on the stop button to request the bus to stop there as if there are no people out it might not otherwise. We wholeheartedly recommend you this location for your stay, and we'll surely be back soon!

The proximity to some key sites of the city was a plus. We appreciated the fact that the airport shuttle stopped right across the street from the property. The host was also able to meet us at a later time of night due to our flight, which was nice of him, and he was eager to share some places to visit.

There were a couple of aspects which made this visit less pleasant. The mattress was wider than the base of the bed, meaning one edge was unsupported. Some of the furniture seemed to be coming apart. There is a mirror in the shower, which seemed to have a window shutter behind it - that made us uncomfortable. A minor point was the television remote didn’t work. There are also two flights of stairs to climb to the rooms, as others have mentioned.

Tutto perfetto, il signore che ci ha accolto è meraviglioso, molto gentile e disponibile, la camera era perfetta con vista sull’ Etna, il posto è vicino a tutto , la camera era pulita , raccomando questo posto. Grazie di tutto
