Comfort, close distance to the hiking trails and cities Bajamar, Punta del Hidalgo, socializing with other guests, supermarket nearby, friendly hosts, nice terrasse at the top.

The city/village itself is quite boring, there is not much to see and do, but bus connections are good so you can get along without the car and travel to nearby cities.
