"Comoda, pero con cierto sabor de inseguridad exterior."

Se observa que al Hostal se le ha puesto atencion en que los acabados interiores se vean agradables.

Los diseños de los sanitarios se ven forzados y dificultan las maniobras para usarlos, en de uso compartido debe ponerse atencion en tener tapetes para evitar que se ensucien muy facil y provoquen un mal aspecto, existen pequeños desniveles en el interior que resultan peligrosos, por lo que pueden señalarse, el estacionamiento podria colocarse un sistema de acceso con mayor seguridad y señaletica exterior para ubicar el inmueble, ya que se este se encuentra en plena vialidad muy transitada.
