La localisation à proximité du centre-ville, avec le passage piéton sous la voie ferrée

La découverte en arrivant que la chambre est en fait située dans un appartement avec une autre chambre, donc d'autres voyageurs... et une cuisine où on peut tout juste manger à trois.
