Obiekt blisko centrum, ma to swoje zalety jak krótki spacer do rynku, ale i wady jak konieczność ponoszenia opłat parkingowych. Obiekt przyjemny, czysty. Kontakt z właścicielem bez problemów, sprawny i w większości spraw elektroniczny (poza zameldowaniem). Na terenie obiektu jest mały parking, ciasny, ale 4 samochody się zmieszczą. Dokoła dużo zieleni. Jedyny mankament to materac na łóżku, ale to rzecz oczywiście gustu i preferencji. Dla mnie za miękki, nie byłem wstanie spać, zapadałem się, ale partnerka była zadowolona.
