Great B&B located few minutes away station. Host is a great person who always stays in touch. 4 days were really comfortable. Best option for that price range in Catania

The host is such a nice person. She supported us with everything we needed. The place is clean, spacious and comfortable.

The building has no elevator, so it’s difficult for elderly people to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor. It is also difficult if you have large luggage.

The property is situated fairly close to the city centre, and you can walk and/or drive to the main sightseeing points easily. Although the property does not have a designated parking area, there are public parking spots available near it. All the rooms were accommodated with their private bathroom and AC. The property has a shared kitchen area with a refrigerator.

The building itself is quite old and located in a housing unit for locals. Additionally, the property is on the fourth floor in a building without a lift. So, carrying a suitcase, let alone a child’s stroller or a wheelchair, is going to be problematic.

The staff of the hotel is very kind and always helpful. Hotel supplies have everything you need!

For us, it was easy to find parking nearby. The home is nice and well-equipped. Good for our purpose for a 1-night stay. A bit noisy if other guests woke up but for us was OK, because they did it at 8 AM. So we get a good rest after the flight. Kitchen, fridge, teapot, everything available. As well as a variety of fruits and options for breakfast. A lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. The Center is within walking distance.

I did not expect that it was on the 5th floor without an elevator, so it was a bit tricky to go there with luggage. The neighborhood was a bit littered as well.

All mentioned in booking description were fulfilled. The room was very clean, plenty of space, additional sofa, table and chairs. High ceiling which I really liked, enough light, including natural one from the balcony. Our balcony was to the inner patio so there was no noise at all. The bed was big and quite comfortable, sheets and pillows were clean. Kitchen is simple but fully equipped for necessary needs: bridge, cooking area, coffee machine, kettle, free snacks (different type of cookies, crackers, muesli, apples, coffee, tea, sugar and so on. Stuff was also nice and friendly, messaged before our arrival and met us downstairs. Also, we had to message them several times again for different reasons, we got respond straightaway.

We liked everything, just there are few things that might be not convenient for other people. If you have a language you can find difficult to walk stairs (3rd floor), there is no elevator. If your window look outside (not to the patio) there is a road which I guess can cause some noise. Street and area outside looks messy, not really beautiful, but Catania in general is not very clean city. But the location is great as you can easily walk to the bus and train stations and to the city center (10-15 minutes) if you are seeing cities around.
