Mbopha Guest House

Spacious, clean apartment. Comfortable bed and nice living room space with sofas. Located in a residential neighborhood. Parking spaces in front of the apartments (security gate and guard). Good location for accessing the Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park via the western Cengeni gate. Note: the last two kilometers of the road to Cengeni is in poor condition and looks overgrown/unused (with no more signage for the park). We worried that the gate was no longer in use, but it was open!

For the price and quality of the apartment, there a few small improvements that could be made in the kitchen.There is a good oven, but no hot pads/mitts for picking up hot oven pans. There was a cloth for wiping counters, but no towel for drying dishes. The sponge for washing dishes was a bit nasty/old and needed replacing. Also for the price of the apartment I would expect some better back ups for load shedding. No charged lamp bulbs (all kitchen appliances are electric, so can't be used when there's no power). The night guard was very nice and brought us a battery powered light, so we did not have to sit in the dark for 2+ hours. NOTE: the property address listed on Booking.com is correct, but the location on the Booking.com map is WRONG. It pinpoints a location near a stadium 4+ kilometers away. The location on Google Maps is correct.

Such a beautiful place without a backup generator is very disappointing, please guys do something about this because this is what will make people run

I didn't include breakfast but next time I will book it, but it was easy to get there, because the navigate took me direct to Mbopha guest house, thank you for the good service.

Because of loadshedding, if they can put dollar or genarator just for loadshedding. But they did provide me with light which was very helpful.
