Posizione ideale, facilità di accesso con i codici numerici anziché le tradizionali chiavi, arredamento estremamente funzionale e completo di tutto, ottima la possibilità di fare una piccola colazione all’interno dell’appartamento.

Il fatto che la caldaia fosse collocata all’interno di una camera da letto, per cui quando partiva faceva molto rumore
