I like the staff was extremely helpful and always answering you your questions. Location noone can say anything bad about it, it is just in the middle of historic city center. Bed itself and pillows were so comfortable. And heating was working perfectly.

First of all with this location you should expect having some uncomfotability with sleeping. But it just cons to one big pros. For the facility it self unfortunately the bathroom was so used, and you can see in the walls or in the sink some defects. Also cleaning was not properly done for my room , so this part is that I can't say I was very happy with it. Also the lighting in the room was not enough maybe if owner can try some Net curtain with current blacout roller that would be helpful.

La stanza arredata con ottimo gusto,un mix di moderno e fascino antico ,molto pulita e in una posizione eccezionale a pochi passi da tutto. Il personale super disponibile!

Ottima posizione, vicina ai principali luoghi da visitare; giusta la dimensione della stanza; abbastanza pulita. Dotata di piccolo frigo, molto utile.

Stanza al primo piano con finestre su una delle vie principali del centro, durante la notte è possibile sentire persone in strada o altri rumori di sottofondo, ma tollerabile.

Posizione perfetta, struttura delle dimensioni corrette, host presente e istruzioni d' accesso ottimali

The location is the very best for this accommodation: it is in the old city center (really opposite Julieta's house, at <200m from Piazza Erbe square) The first floor of the old building is easily reachable after only 2 short sets of stairs and the facilities are sufficient enough. The place is quiet. The host is very responsive and serious.

The electrical panel in the room, next to the entrance, has some sort of timer that frequently ticks; this is not even noticeable during the day, but can be a real nuisance at night time , if one is a light sleeper. Another thing, the sink faucet in the bathroom is partially clogged by deposits and spreads the water jet unevenly and strangely. (but the rest of the amenities in good working order, with no other issues)

Fabulous central location, close to Juliet's house and the main square. The room was spacious and clean.

We visited in early March the street outside was very noisy into the late late night. If you're a light sleeper, it's definitely not for you. We could have also been given a few more coffee pods, tea and sugar for our 2 night stay.
