The room was nice and tidy. The location was peaceful, and even though its a bit far from the center, there was a supermarket, restaurants, cafes and bus stops nearby. The owners were polite and helpful, though I would have highly appreciated getting all the necessary info (check in, check out) the previous day. The owners gave suggestions for places to eat, buy groceries and take the bus downtown. Many of the problems mentioned in other reviews have been fixed or never existed, for example you can lock the door of your room and there is a big sink in the bathroom right next to the kitchen where you can wash cups (no sponge or dishwashing liquid though...), air conditioning worked well and there were enough sockets for charging phone etc.

I find it a bit stressful to get the crucial information on the very last hour before arriving or departing. It would have been nice to know all the details the day before, so I would for example have had time to arrange cash for the tourist tax (you should pay it by leaving the exact amount on the table when you leave.) Checkout out at 10am is quite early. The trashbin in our room got quite full after our 4 night stay and we didn't know where to take the trash. There was a washing machine but only the other one of two rooms had a balcony and a rack for hanging the clothes to dry. Some of the pictures are from Verona center, not around the guesthouse.

Nice Room with Air conditioning. Comfortable bed. Access into city centre on the bus stop which is a 10 minute walk away. Verona was lovely.

Rooms were cool and the owners were accomodating.

Spacious room and just two rooms in the unit. Mine was with amazing wooden furniture, the other one was more general but with a balcony. A satisfying tea corner and a washing machine in the toilet

Fewer sockets in the room than desired, tee extension would help. Check out was a bit unhandy regarding the tourist tax payment and exit from the property.

Die Unterkunft war in einem ruhigen, schönen Viertel. Es war sehr sauber, gemütlich und hatte eine schöne Atmosphäre. Luca war auch immer erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet.
