Shower awkward size and shape. Some cobwebs.

Location was very central - very good for access and bus links just outside the door. Shared lounge was very nice. Balcony was a bonus, with a nice quite courtyard. Kitchen facilities could not be faulted.

The room/apartment ("Giovanni") was simply too small for two people, the other two rooms were far roomier and had better living arrangements (chairs/space/bathrooms & showere). I would not stay in this room again, it was just too cramped, and annoyingly the other two apartments were unoccupied while we were staying there, which seemed a little unfair.

it is a unique property, right against the old city Wall. The flat itself is really quaint and the room is luxurious

Nichts

The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a separate kitchen and a shared living area, which made the stay feel more like being at home. The location was also excellent - close to the city center, yet quiet, without crowds or noise.

The main downside was the bathroom power outlet. There was only one socket suitable for the provided hairdryer, and I often had to force the plug to make it fit. Because of this, the hairdryer would occasionally switch off, and overall it felt unsafe to use.

Good spacious room. The place is cozy. Detailed instructions of self check-in process. Coffee and tea provided. Fridge, dishwasher are available too. No possibility of cooking a meal.

Wouldn't recommend this place during a summer stay. It was airless in the room we had (1st floor room). Yes, you have AC but it does not cope with the heat. The bed is big enough to fit three people, but the mattress is hard like a rock. You will have a back pain at the end of your stay. The sink needs to be unclogged. There was a city tax which we were informed via WhatsApp on the day of our arrival. To get a receipt was a bit of a difficult communication, which I did not appreciate. Would we stay here again? Probably not.

Location is excellent. Only a short walk from the Arena. The appartment is still very quiet and peacefull.
