Die zentrale Lage, alles nötige vorhanden, kleiner Balkon. Das Procedere des Eincheckens imponiert vielleicht erstmal etwas kompliziert, ist es aber tatsächlich nicht.

Good facilities & easy to use. Well equipped. I enjoyed the space.

The check in process was very complicated - many pages of documentation to read & agree to. First time I’ve dealt with something so complicated in accommodation bookings in Italy. When travelling that’s just too much!!! I will avoid booking it again simply because of that. ALSO - so many different communication methods - WhatsApp, email & via Booking.com. And the address for the property sent via one method (& unfortunately the one I relied on to get to the place) was WRONG & I ended up having to pay €20 for a taxi to get there & then it was wrong & I had to drag my luggage to another location which was 1.5km away (again - not that far but it’s a long way in an unfamiliar city with luggage you have to drag along cobblestone streets.) So that made for a really difficult arrival. The listing says no steps - but there are steps once inside the property - this MUST be made clear on the listing. If I’d booked the place for the ‘no steps’ I’d have been in real trouble.

Le bruit au matin causé par les voisins voulant couler un café dans la hall située de vent ma porte d'entrée. Le bruit causé au matin (9h) par le staff pour nettoyer les chambres

Ottima posizione rispetto all’Arena, camera accogliente e molto silenziosa.

Difficoltà con le tende oscuranti per impedire accesso luce.
