Très bon logement. Parking en bas de la résidence. Pas trop loin du centre historique, bus à proximité. Très bonne pizzeria pas très loin (la corte sconta). Bon contact avec les propriétaires.

Manque de lumière le soir dans les deux pièces.

We were not informed in any way that this item was chargeable, and it was not clearly indicated anywhere. If we had known this beforehand, we would never have used it. There was a single under-eye patch included in what appeared to be a “wellness kit.” At no point was it explained that this eye patch (for under-eye bags) was not complimentary. When we first arrived, there was absolutely no indication that it required payment. Only the following day, after we had already used it, we received a message informing us that it was chargeable and that we needed to pay €20. This is not acceptable, as the information was provided only after the product had been used. Placing a small QR code next to an item is not a clear or sufficient way to communicate that something is paid. A reasonable guest would assume such an item is complimentary, especially when presented as part of a wellness kit. This situation felt misleading and unprofessional. For this reason, we refused to pay the €20 requested. For future guests: please be careful and do not use these items unless you receive clear and explicit confirmation that they are free of charge. Otherwise, you may be unexpectedly asked to pay afterwards
