Had a wonderful stay at Glen Garth. John an Hayley were very warm and welcoming. Gave us tips about places to visit in Chester. Great to have the bus stop just right outside the guest house if you have problems walking into the city. It is not too far to walk but my husband had a bad back so taking the bus is the option. We wish John and Hayley all the best in their future undertakings.

We had a one night stay at glengarth in their triple room. It was excellent value for money. The hosts are first class and the location is perfect for the zoo and Chester tourist locations. Breakfast was also great. Thanks for yet another great stay x

"Lovely one night stay."

Made a late decision to spend a couple of days in Chester and Glen Garth proved to be perfect for us. Checked in quickly with some great tips about how to get into the city and where to eat locally. 20 minute walk to the city centre along the canal (past a couple of nice pubs!). Great breakfast the next morning and a friendly chat with the owners followed by an easy 8 minute drive to the zoo.

The owners of this guest house are so friendly and welcoming and go far beyond any other places that we have stayed truly deserve the best in everything Thier do the rooms are so clean and comfy home from home and brekkie was awesome well done to you both

"A superb stay in every way"

Hayley and John provided such a warm welcome, and a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere during my stay. Despite having travelled for work it felt like being on holiday and I was grateful for a lovely room, tasty breakfasts and a peaceful place to rest each evening. I wish them every success with their future in Wales and know the new place on Ynys Môn will be very much worth the trip!

Glen Garth Guest house is great Hayley and John are very friendly and Hayley put us at easy straight away as when we arrived we were rushing to my brothers wedding The whole house from front door to bedroom is great everything you want to have a lovely comfortable and enjoyable stay Highly recommend will definitely be back when next visiting Chester
