The room that was offered to us was something totally different from what you have booked.

The room was small, the toilet was leaking, and there was no privacy from the bathroom and toilet. Towels were dirty. It was just chaos!!! However, the following day, we were offered a decent room😏

Safe parking,clean bedding

The room we booked was taken so we had to be put into another room across the road, how does that even happen? Only one electric blanket worked. We had to modify the bedding with blankets just to keep warm .We were two guests and there was only one towel and one hand towel so we had to share a towel. The room smelled heavily perfumed or something it was quite overpowering so much so that it bothered our chests and we atruggled to sleep. The water in the shower kept going hot and cold. Was not nice being told sorry the room you booked is taken ,you pay for something but dont get it.

Quiet neighbourhood, beautiful and safe yard. The rooms are so clean… Aircon, towels, hot water and an electric blanket were there. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. 10/10
