Overdale Guesthouse and Free Parking

Can't fault this place, it exceeded our expectations and thevfree parking wasxa bonus. Situated 15mins from the harbour, downhill , it could be a bit of a struggle on the way back up for some.

Everything was better than we expected

My room was The Darcy Room. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The shower was excellent and I enjoyed being able to make a drink of tea in my room in the morning. The host Lady was lovely. She told me a bit about the history of the house because I am very interested in history and architecture. The house has impressive decorative features which made my stay more interesting. The geographic location is good. I was able to stroll through the park before making my way into the centre of the town. I chose Overdale partly because I could easily park my car outside and also because the room is spacious and beautifully decorated. The little details matter.

Very comfortable, warm and welcoming.

Hosts were friendly. Car parking was brilliant. Room was lovely and well decorated. The sofa was a bonus.

Nit picking here but if its helpful to the hosts...clean cups would have been good each day. I know I could have come downstairs and asked though but just expected they would have been replaced during day and coffee and biscuits replenished.

Lovely friendly host the room was clean and comfortable the tea and coffee was replenished daily along with biscuits.

The location as a little far out but within walking distance of all attractions
