The room was very spacious with a bath in the middle which was a nice touch 😎🥂

Just a bit to far out to walk back when intoxicated but a taxi was cheap enough

"Perfect Whitby stay!"

As soon as we got to the property we were warmly welcomed by Jill and her beautiful dog. The twin room was perfect, beds were one of the comfiest we have stayed in, bonus of a mini fridge and goodies left for breakfasts whilst there. Clean and comfortable, we both slept better than ever and heard no noise the 3 nights we were there. Will definitely be recommending this place. It took us around 10 minutes to walk into Whitby so couldn't have asked for a better location!

There is nothing not to like!

Absolutely beautiful accommodation. Beautiful free standing bath, good sized bed and television. Stocked up with a mini fridge and hot drinks station. Communication with the owner was great. We only stayed one night but could easily do several and when we visit Whitby again we will definitely be booking Rivington House.

Comfortable, lovely staff, nice dog!

Nothing really, I guess people should be aware there’s a lot of stairs before they book but that’s it really it was a lovely welcoming place to stay.
