Localização excelente num ponto perto de tudo na cidade baixa e também acesso fácil para cidade alta. Estacionamento fácil em frente da habitação. Apartamento silencioso sem os ruídos da rua.

Banheiro todo separado e atrapalhando o movimento do quarto. Se um resolve dormir antes acorda com o outro tomando banho ou até mesmo escovando os dentes.

Very nice place to stay near the train station and in the city center. Near many good places and botanic garden. Comfortable bed, clean room, nice balcony, everything one needs. I had a wonderful stay.

L'appartamento è bellissimo, curatissimo in ogni dettaglio e c'è tutto il necessario. Pur essendo su strada, il quartiere è tranquillo e le finestre si chiudono completamente con avvolgibili automatici consentendo un silenzio e un'oscurità perfetti. La zona è facilmente raggiungibile, elegante e molto comoda per recarsi in centro.

Non c'è un rapporto personale con l'host, ma non è un problema pratico perché tramite messaggio su Booking vi fornirà i vari codici per aprire il portone e la porta della camera. Purtroppo il parcheggio nelle vicinanze (all'ottima tariffa di una 15ina di euro al giorno) non è garantito.. dopo aver girato inutilmente tutto il quartiere abbiamo parcheggiato al vicino Importanne Centar Garaza (parcheggio multipiano custodito) che, di per sé, è anche modico (2€ l'ora) ma che non offre un'opzione scontata giornaliera. Al costo dell'alloggio abbiamo quindi dovuto aggiungere 42€ di parcheggio per poter visitare la città.
