Een prachtige, redelijk grote kamer met mooi meubilair. Alles zag er nieuw en van hoge kwaliteit uit. De badkamer was mooi en de douche was prima. De hele kamer was superschoon. Er stond een redelijk grote koelkast op de kamer wat heel praktisch is tijdens de warme zomerdagen. Er stonden broodjes, snacks, koffie en thee (en een Dolce Gusto machine) en koud water klaar voor gebruik, wat een gevoel van welkom geeft. Airco was prima. Op 10 min. lopen van het oude stadscentrum wat prachtig en gezellig is. De boulevard en het strand is op een paar minuten lopen. Er zijn voldoende supermarkten, winkels en restaurants op loopafstand. Wij konden redelijk makkelijk in de buurt gratis parkeren.

Het binnengaan van de kamer ging niet super soepel en er is dus geen receptie of zo aanwezig. We hebben de host dus ook niet gezien of gesproken. De host was vergeten ons de code van het sleutelkastje te sturen waardoor het enige tijd duurde voordat we de kamer op konden; Er werd niet tussentijds schoongemaakt (wat voor 2 dagen niet zo'n probleem is). Het pand waarin de kamers zich bevinden is niet zo mooi en ze liggen op de 2e verdieping. Er is een lift maar die durfden we niet te nemen (ging heeel langzaam)

I have nothing to complain about. The doors were not the best in regards to sound prof, so you could hear the other guests come and go, but it wasn’t much of an issue.

The interior of the room itself was modern and very clean.

The building was an active, unadvertised construction site during our stay. Scaffolding entirely blocked the balcony view we paid for. The communal stairwell was filled with thick construction dust which was a severe health hazard, and there were large granite slabs blocking the main entrance. We tripped over these slabs multiple times. On the morning of checkout, construction workers were operating directly outside our door, making it loud and unsafe to leave. Additionally, check-in was a disaster. The communal key did not work on arrival. Despite running into the host on-site, we were not acknowledged or helped. We were told to use WhatsApp and were left waiting in limbo outside for an hour and a half before the issue was resolved. The host later admitted in writing they failed to update their listing to warn guests about the building works. Avoid booking here until all construction is completely finished.

Perfekte Lage in Alghero Stadt, fußläufig zur Altstadt und zum Meer. Zimmer und Bad modern, gut ausgestattet, äußerst sauber! Etwas Wasser im Kühlschrank, kleiner Snack als Notration (wenn erforderlich) und feine Pflegeprodukte im Bad vorhanden. Wir hatten keinen persönlichen Kontakt, aber die Anleitung per WhatsApp war sehr präzise und umfangreich - es hat alles perfekt geklappt. Parkplatzsuche in den Straßen rundum ist zur Nachsaison (Anfang Oktober) kein Problem, in der Hauptsaison sicherlich herausfordernd.

Nichts. Wenn man etwas anmerken kann, dann die laute Badezimmerlüftung. Hat uns nicht gestört, wir haben auch von eventuellen Zimmernachbarn nichts mitbekommen.
