Die Zimmer sind klein und nur durchschnittlich ausgestattet. Die Lage im Ort ist auch nichts besonderes. Was diese Unterkunft wirklich außergewöhnlich macht ist die Gastgeberin. Debbie ist eine Seele von Mensch. Neben tollen Gesprächen muss das Frühstück herausgehoben werden. Wir waren 14 Tage in England und Schottland unterwegs und in tollen B & B-Unterkünften. Das Frühstück hier hat alles in den Schatten gestellt. So vielfältig, so mit Liebe gemacht und so qualitativ herausragend habe ich nirgendwo anders gefrühstückt. Ob die Sausages vom Bio-Metzger waren, weiß ich nicht, aber geschmeckt haben sie so. Und so war alles: Der Porrige, die Eier, die gebratenen Mushrooms (mit Sahnesausse!), alles war unglaublich lecker. Einfach eine etwas andere Location. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Great location with adequate free off road parking in a quiet area Close to: - Port Lympne Zoo & Safari - Ashford Designer Outlet with over 100 shops, including eateries and children's playground area (£3.00 parking charge or suggest parking in Asda Supermarket which is straight opposite with a walkway leading to the village for free of charge) - Dymchurch beach (very small coast town with a sandy beach) Amazing HUMONGOUS freshly cooked breakfast that will set you up for the day (highly doubt you would be able to get through it all, we did ask for less prior to the following morning, but the same amount was still provided) - Tea/Coffee, fresh orange juice, warm croissant, hot porridge, full English, toast, yogurts, nuts & fruits, multiple spreads & condiments. Lots of extra's provided in room: - ie, milk, chocolate, crisps, biscuits, fizzy drinks, pot noodles and toiletries if you had forgotten anything ie soaps, shampoo, toothbrush Host, Debbie couldn't be more accommodating, kindly invited us to use the garden where we were lucky enough to be visited by 'Sally the Starling'. No Uber's are currently available in area, but we did use Premier Taxis & United Taxi's, both were reasonable priced and reliable. Ate out in the evening during our stay, highly recommend (average priced): - Blacksmiths Arms (84 The Street, Willesborough, Ashford TN24 0NA) - Conningbrook Hotel (Canterbury Rd, Ashford TN24 9QR) - Thai Basil (Unit 3a, Singleton Centre, Hoxton Cl, Ashford TN23 5GR), where we had the best meal we've ever eaten.

Room and en-suite could do with a little modernisation but nothing was in un-working order. Towels were a little rough but generous sizing (sheets not bath towels).

Fantastic breakfast!

Wir waren das zweite Mal hier und wurden wieder sehr herzlich empfangen. Da wir am Morgen wegen der Fähre sehr früh losfahren mussten konnten wir vor Ort nicht frühstücken. Debbie hat uns dafür zwei fantastische Lunchpakete mitgegeben! Ganz herzlichen Dank dafür, das war einfach klasse.

La camera era grande, ma soprattutto la signora e stata molto gentile, in camera abbiamo trovato caffè, bibite, aqua, latte, frutta,cioccolata,e anche dell cibo ,spazzolino e dentifricio, la signora si è messa a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa

Everything was perfect! Debbie is super kind, the rooms are very clean and well equipped. Just a super nice place to stay!
