Jedynie lokalizacja

Cena wysoka jakość za standard z PRL brak czystości z toalety na cały pokoj wydobywał sie nieprzyjemny zapach. Czystość dużo do poprawy komfort zerowy. Parking gdzie trzeba dzwonić do innych właścicieli samochodów żeby wyjechać. Śniadania nie da sie zepsuć ale można je miło wspominać jednak nie tutaj

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Przemily właściciel, który zawsze służy pomocą, nawet jeśli chodzi o podwózkę do centrum miasta czy na szlak. Pyszne śniadanie. Serdecznie polecam - jak Karpacz to tylko Topaz.

Śniadania w miarę dobre. Stołówka dość mała i niezbyt wygodna.

Lokal wymaga w niektórych częściach remontu i takiego ogólnego zadbania. Balkony praktycznie nie do wykorzystania - brak solidnych krzeseł i stolików.
