It’s a lovely place to stay, the hotel has only 2 rooms for now the rest is under construction so the rooms so furniture and everything inside the room is need. the service is really really good and the owner Praba provided us everything we needed/asked.

The location is a little far from the beach (20 min with tuk tuk) but the owner provide transportation every time you need with no problem. still is a great place to stay

Our recent stay at Prabath's guest house in Sri Lanka was beyond incredible. Prabath's warmth and genuine hospitality made our stay truly special. The room was spotless, and waking up to peacocks in the trees during breakfast was a delightful experience. Prabath didn't just offer a place to stay; he went above and beyond. From delicious meals to treating sunburn with local remedies and tea, his care was exceptional. What's more, Prabath's connections and honesty made exploring Sri Lanka a breeze. His relatives provided comfortable transportation. Also it was clear that he values his reputation over profiting from tourists. I'll definitely return to Prabath's guest house. His kindness and sincerity created a unique and heartfelt stay. For an authentic Sri Lankan experience, I highly recommend staying with Prabath.

There were some minor misunderstandings due to the language barrier. But it's no big deal :)

We were staying here second time. first one - one year ago and we definitely love this plays and it’s amazing owner and will come back again. location and the room are really nice, super clean and the bed is comfortable. We enjoyed to wake up and listening how birds were singing. Prabath is very helpful, he organised us a boat safari and we have seen many animals and even 2 crocodiles! We liked it a lot. after he helped us to get massages, they were great and not expansive. Breakfasts are always tasty, with plenty fruits and big coffee pot. We already are planning to come to this wonderful place again.

The villa consists of two rooms, one above the other. Located in a quiet private sector on the land of the owners. The residents around are friendly and friendly. There is a heavenly tropical atmosphere around: wild peacocks walk around the plots, palm squirrels and bright birds jump on trees, monkeys can be heard. The sea is about 15 minutes on foot, or you can get there by tuk-tuk inexpensively, the owner can give you a ride on a bike. The room is spacious, everything is new (which is rare for Asia), a pleasant renovation, a comfortable mattress, a private terrace where you can eat or work. Delicious breakfast, always with a variety of fresh fruits. But the most important wealth of this place is, of course, the owners. I want to say a huge thank you to Prabat and his whole family for their attention and care! Very positive, very friendly and well-mannered people, helped with any requests and questions. If desired, they can cook both lunch and dinner - and it has always been very tasty and satisfying, and local cuisine, and seafood delicacies and something European, like in a good restaurant! A few days before the new year, an annual festival is held here in the city, very beautiful and colorful, I advise you! I didn't want to leave this place. We will definitely come here with our family in the future))

There was no water heater, but it didn't really bother me. Plus, he may have already appeared, as the owners continue to improve the room.
