"Worst experience and cheating with money minded"

Nothing is best worst service , cheating on people's money

We booked two rooms and messaged and they checked us if the reservation is confirmed, we said yes.at the moment also they never say ac not working Later we check in at 6pm we found ac not working in both room , when we ask they say it takes time and recommended us to go beach , and said it will be cool after we arrive , we believe their word and came back after dinner and the ac totally crab no cool , after a while they say sorry ac cooling not working, and they cheated us for โ‚น20500 and gave stupid discount for โ‚น1500 . We really don't recommend this room to any guest as these people are cheating on money they are totally money minded and I really don't recommend any guest to inform future , worst experience with them in srilanka.
