Bed not that comfy

Although it is not city centre, it could not be easier for transport having a bus stop right outside the door. Really great and comfortable stay, and it is highly recommended!

Staff was Brilliant and kind and very helpful and nice to speak with

Checking in was very easy and I received a helpful message beforehand about how to get into the building.

It was pretty noisy. The walls and doors aren't very thick so I could hear people in other rooms most of the time and could hear doors banging a lot.

The room was just what I needed. My other accommodation had let me down with less than 24 hours before my trip, and thankfully, Citi North was available. It is easy to get to by bus or foot from the Belfast city centre. The room was so clean and fresh upon arrival, and communication with the staff was so easy! I wasglad for a kettle and tea/coffee facilities, and the cutlery/plates that were stored in case I brought my own food (which I did) The shower was lovely and hot, the bed was so comfortable and the noise disruption nearby was absolute minimal. Would definitely stay here again if you are on a budget and need somewhere to keep your things.

Good location on main bus route into town. Very clean and good towels. Water was a nice touch. The room was warm with adjustable radiator. Easy to get in with code. Information was timely and helpful.

Shower head didn’t work properly and the flush on the cistern was missing meaning you had to wrap tissue around the small insert to flush. The pillows were not good quality and very flat. Not really what is considered 4 star accommodation.
