The room was clean. With what you need for a night.

They should fix the soundproofing of the rooms. The guests in the room next to mine arrived quite late and woke me up, you could hear everything.

The location was perfect, a bus on and out to the city centre ideal. The apartment was comfortable and quiet. The neighbourhood was safe and quiet as well

This a personal want , thicker duvets as I’m a cold mortar but the pillows were the best I’ve had for a while

"This was a horrendous experience that completely ruined my wife's birthday"

The room smelt strongly of damp and disefectant. The bathroom smelt of urine. The room was dirty and there was mould in both the bedroom and bathroom. The accommodation was worn substandard and dingey. The standard of this accommodation was appalling. We did not stay in this accommodation and wish a full refund.
