Beautiful, large and immaculate bedroom with lovely en-suite. The owner was wonderful, organising a Mangrove safari, recommending excellent authentic restaurants and booking very reasonable transportation. Breakfast was amazing. Location was superb for Ventura Beach, ATM, Cargills etc…

Wonderful stay to end my month in Sri Lanka. The property was awesome with nice patio area to sit in evenings and breakfast. Room was VERY clean and they offered to clean room during stay. Bedding, towels, etc. were very nice. AC very cold and shower warm which is great. The best part of stay was the breakfast. Thilini makes a beautiful breakfast every morning with beautiful fruit plate, hot fresh cooked eggs, toast, and Sri Lankan traditional items as well. Hospitality was incredible. For example one day I was working on my upcoming travel plans and she just made me a bit of lunch which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. They also arranged for my laundry to be done at reasonable price so my bag was full of clean clothes for next stop. Location very convenient and walkable in minutes to beach, restaurants, train station (VERY handy if you want to go somewhere else like I went to Colombo for day to tour city).

No negatives, everything was awesome.

Бентота в целом тихое место, если вам нужны развлечения 24/7, вечеринки с диджеями, вам точно не сюда.

not much, it was a fantastic stay

Such a lovely place. The room was very comfortable and clean with air con, hot water and fridge. To the front of the room is a beautiful terrace with lots of plants where you eat breakfast. Breakfast was great - fresh fruit, eggs and toast each morning. The location was perfect - just 5 mins to the beach, very close to the train station and nice restaurants. Aayu was a great host. Very attentive, organising our laundry, river safari and offering guidance on where to go. The best value accommodation we stayed in Sri Lanka. Thank you so much for a lovely stay

The room was spacious and clean. Great breakfast and a lovely host , who was very helpful arranging transport for us, really lovely lady. Good location for Bentota. Would definitely recommend this accomodation.

Nothing to dislike

We had a lovely stay at Aayu’s property. Room was clean and comfortable. Location a short walk to the beach and some restaurants. Aayu was a wonderful host and made an amazing breakfast for us. We would recommend staying here.

Aayu was super friendly, providing us with all kinds of information we needed. The breakfast was fresh with a big selection of fruits, along with yoghurt, toasts, sausage and eggs and delicious homemade cake! Very close to the beach, clean facilities and a cute teddybear-like watchdog! Will always come back to this place when near Bentota!
