"A unique stay in a historic town, with all the comfort and elegance of the C21"

The hotel felt like walking into a little bit of history - each element is beautifully maintained and our cottage was comfortable and spacious. Dinner in the main hotel was simple and good, referencing local traditional food. And the breakfast was excellent; lovely fresh fruit and homemade muffins.

There was a problem with the water supply so we had no water for the night. This is obviously outside the hotel’s control and they provided plenty of bottled water for toilet etc but it was disappointing.

Ruime tuishuisie.

Door het groot watertekort geen stromend water in het tuishuisie. Wel konden we douchen in het hotel, als ze de pomp daar aan zetten. Dit gebeurde pas de 2e dag. Wc doorspoelen met fles water. Zo ook handen wassen.

This was a truly pleasurable experience for my family and me. What was meant to be just an overnight stay turned into a rich cultural and historical experience. Both dinner and breakfast were exceptional. This is a must-visit destination and a wonderful place to stay when traveling through this part of the world. Take your time to learn more about this historic hotel and appreciate the incredible work the owners are doing to preserve its heritage

"You must have visit this lovely place once in your life"

We have never ever slept in such a adorable hotel as this. The street has it own history and we slept in one of the huisies. They are beautiful restored during time. We slept in the main bedroom on the back of the house. It was quit, the bed was very big. We felt back in time with the comfort of today. The diner and breakfast in the hotel is very good and we can advise. I had the best boboti ever.

Le lieu trés authentique. La gentillesse du personnel. Le diner excellent. Le meilleur petit déjeuner depuis le début de notre voyage.

Le bruit des camions... mais l'hotel n'y est pour rien
