Guests staying in shared rooms (beds in dormitory rooms) must pick up the keys from a second location, 250 metres or a 4-minute walk from Bica Mini Hostel. You will receive key collection instructions by WhatsApp or email. Access to the property is by very steep steps. This property may be unsuitable for people with mobility issues or large or heavy suitcases. This property offers self-check-in accommodation only. The property's reception opening hours are from 09:00 to 00:00. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests, including from smoking outside designated areas, will incur a charge that will be shared and agreed on during check-in. Deposit Policies – You Will Lose Your Full Deposit If: 1. You smoke inside the room. 2. You damage the bedding (e.g., food stains, blood, urine, feces, tanning products, or any substance that causes marks or discoloration). 3. You damage or break any item within the property. 4. You violate any house rules. 5. You lose or remove any item from the hostel — charges will be based on the item’s replacement cost. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. Check-in is available between 4pm and Midnight with the time arranged in advance. Access to the property is by very steep steps. This property may not be suitable for people with mobility issues or large or heavy suitcases. Guests will pay a security deposit, refundable on the day of check-out. Processing time can be up to 10 days, depending on the guests bank. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments. The apartments have a maximum capacity of 6 guests - all guests must be registered at the property. We do not allow parties. We do not allow pets.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
