Il personale veramente squisito, attento, disponibile, presente ed educato. Abbiamo chiesto per necessità asciugamano doppie e ci hanno accontentati con gentilezza. Mi è piaciuta la privacy, l'autonomia, la stanza piccola ma molto confortevole. C'era tutto quello di cui si necessita durante un soggiorno breve: saponi, carta igienica, asciugamano doppie, asciugacapelli, aria condizionata, coperte, e anche thè e biscottini. Grazie di tutto

Un pò impolverato in alcune zone a vista nella stanza, ma non d'uso. Personalmente abbasserei l'intensità dei profumatori perche di notte era un po fastidioso.

Posizione in pieno centro, a due passi dalla fermata della metro Gran Via, in prossimità a tutti i tipi di strutture commerciali, ma allo stesso tempo la camera era tranquilla non si sentivano rumori esterni.

Prezzo un po alto rispetto ai servizi inclusi, esempio frigo vuoto senza una bottiglia d'acqua

Nos encantó nuestra estancia. Todo estuvo perfecto: la habitación muy limpia, cómoda y organizada. El lugar es acogedor, tranquilo y la ubicación excelente para recorrer Madrid caminando y en transporte público. Además, el personal fue muy amable y nos hicieron sentir muy cómodas durante toda la estancia. Sin duda volveríamos.

Realmente no tenemos nada negativo para decir. Todo estuvo muy bien durante nuestra estancia.
