Unos delincuentes, hice la reserva con antelación, estando en París pedí al hostal información y pedido de check in tarde y nunca nos contestaron, llamé x teléfono y salió el nombre de otro hostal. Contacté a Booking y me dicen que tampoco a ellos le responden Ante la incertidumbre tuve que reservar otro hostal y tanto el alojamiento como Booking se están desentendiendo del tema y no me devuelven el dinero BOOKING, OBLIGACIÓN DE DEVOLUCIÓN DE LA RESERVA, TENGO LOS MENSAJES DE UDS DE QUE TAMPOCO LES CONTESTARON

No pudimos ingresar ante la irresponsabilidad del hostal y la despreocupación de Booking, que en sus mensajes nos dan la razón de que no responden a nadie.

Posizione centralissima, si gira tutto a piedi. Reception aperta 24 h e personale accogliente. Peccato per l'assenza del phon e l'arredamento un po' datato però tutto sommato per un paio di giorni va benissimo.
