"Ideal place to stay, and the host is top-notch!"

The place is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The room had everything I needed; a comfortable bed, a spacious balcony and a decent fridge that all made the stay easy to enjoy. Vincent is an excellent host and a friendly face to have around. He shared a wealth of local knowledge about the city that would be difficult to find elsewhere. He’s attentive and always quick to respond to any needs. Next time I return to Da Nang, I’ll know exactly where I’m staying!

I was received a very warmly welcome. The room is nice and has a seating area/table for eating and a small balcony. The place is convenient for getting further by train (15 minutes walk)

The shower water was cold.

"Clean and nice place, but very far from everything."

The place was clean and nicely decorated. It's walking distance from train station but 20 minutes walk. The host is very nice.

Location is not covenient for a tourist, it's very far from everything, including train station entrance. The booking.com says there ia beach nearby, but apparwntly that beach does not exist. It is very expensive to get to center or beach by taxi and back.

Super friendly owner, nice and spacious place, comfortable beds, cotton bedding,

Sun heats the room (don't think they can do anything with this), the door to the room is translucent so you get hallway light. Fan mounting needs fixing.
