"Bien en general sobre todo la ubicación"

Muy bien ubicado y lindos cuartos, muy limpio.

La ducha poca potencia y cuesta regular frío caliente. Las dos veces que me hospedé ahí se rompió el ascensor y con equipaje es muy incómodo andar sobretodo con las valijas

En nuestro caso, estábamos justo en frente de la recepción y se cuela un poco de ruido por la mañana, pero a partir de las 10, así que se puede descansar bien sin problema

The location is perfect, with lots of things to do around and it's very near Gran Via. Many of the attractions are at walkable distance. Check-in went smooth, the staff were lovely and hospitable. Room was looking clean with necessary amenities and although its located in a busy street, there's almost no noise inside the room.

The pillow covers or the blanket had dust or remnants of maybe the cleaning product that irritated my nose.
