La disponibilità e la cortesia verso il cliente potrebbero decisamente migliorare. Non abbiamo ricevuto indicazioni chiare sulle modalità di accesso alla struttura e, una volta arrivati, non era evidente come entrare. Abbiamo quindi dovuto contattare la struttura per ricevere istruzioni, mentre ci saremmo aspettati un’accoglienza più chiara o la presenza di qualcuno all’arrivo. Inoltre, abbiamo ricevuto molteplici versioni contrastanti da tutti i contatti della struttura sulle modalità di pagamento della tassa di soggiorno. Esperienza migliorabile sotto questo aspetto.
